The NEWMAN in-house design team works closely with the client, building an on-going feedback loop to successfully develop, manage and schedule new collections. We have found that by understanding - and adapting to - individual client styles and requirements, we can create unique and completely personalised product lines.
As a result of decades of experience, our team is able to develop new designs and produce prototypes following a single sales visit - under the strictest confidentiality guidelines to ensure client peace of mind.
While some of our designers have been with us from the start of their professional careers, others have joined us from prestigious international footwear design houses, thus ensuring a winning combination of fresh new ideas and established expertise.
A sizeable portion of our design team’s time and resources is spent researching upcoming styles, and attending major international fashion shows and footwear industry events to ensure that their ideas and inspiration remain at the forefront of fashion trends.
The mission of NEWMAN’s design team is to serve our clients as we coordinate and manage the designs for their collections. We work closely with firms and their designers inside specialised work spaces created specifically for developing their new collections. By providing feedback and adapting to their styles and needs, we create unique and completely personalised products. During a single sales visit, we are able to manufacture and develop a prototype of the final shoe design. All of this is done under strict confidentiality guidelines between companies to ensure our clients’ peace of mind.
